The big question of the day is ‘What the hell is McCain thinking?’ ‘Is he stupid or dumb’?
Well I tell you this. The Sarah Palin move is not as dumb as it appears. I think John is trying to get the ‘disgruntled’ Hillary supporters, and the ‘young’ voters who love Barack so much. He is also trying to reclaim his official post as ‘maverick’. The man who gave women a chance.
The problem is that the Reps have arguments against Barack are also going to apply to Sarah. (But this is where the spin begins. They are going to turn ‘inexperience’ into ‘fresh ideas’) But the brilliance is that there may not be enough time between now and November to find Sarah’s Rev. Wright. If people like her ‘enough’ they will vote for McCain and think about the consequences later.
This is going to be very interesting. What are the feminists going to do? Shyt what is Geraldine going to say now? (Remember when she said peeps were only voting for ‘Rack cause he’rn a black man?)
