If you know anything about me, you know that for years and years I’ve been a Duke Basketball fanatic. I think I was in love with Grant Hill – yes the high top fade version of Grant Hill. In all this time, I’ve never even been to Duke. Or anywhere in North Carolina for that matter. But no more! I’ve finally made it to the campus. … and not only that, but to Cameron Indoor Stadium where the games are played. Man, I felt like a kid in Disneyland I was so excited. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go inside the building because the team was practicing. Aaaargh. So close yet so far away.
One day…
I was happy just being in the environment. 🙂 My friend didn’t think it was that special. She prefers University of North Carolina. (Probably because I have annoyed her for years with all my Duke talk.)
